We guarantee the authenticity and validity of all our keys. If your key doesn't work or there is some other issue with your purchase, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. We will do our best to resolve your issue.

All refunds/replacement keys are dealt with on a case by case basis but we always promise to be fair to our customers.
